TERMS & CONDITIONS – GOCABBEE

By using Gocabbee services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. General Terms

• Gocabbee provides taxi booking services for one way, round trip, airport, and outstation travel.
• By booking a taxi through our website, phone, or WhatsApp, you agree to comply with these terms.
• Gocabbee reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings can be made via website, call, or WhatsApp.
• A booking is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our team.
• Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop details.
• Any incorrect information may lead to delays or cancellation.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Taxi fare is calculated based on distance (per km) and vehicle type.
• Minimum running:
  • One Way: 130 km/day
  • Round Trip: 250 km/day
• Driver Bata:
  • One Way: ₹300 (₹600 above 400 km)
  • Round Trip: ₹400 per day
• Toll charges, parking, interstate permits, and hill charges (₹400) are extra.
• Full or partial payment may be required before trip start.

4. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of cancellation.
• Last-minute cancellations may incur full charges.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable time.

5. Driver & Vehicle

• Drivers are experienced and verified for safety.
• Vehicle allocation depends on availability.
• Gocabbee reserves the right to change the vehicle if required.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must be ready at pickup time.
• Any delay from the customer side may result in extra charges.
• Customers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings.
• Smoking, alcohol misuse, or illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

7. Delays & Liability

• Gocabbee is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• We are not liable for missed trains, flights, or appointments.
• Services are provided on a best-effort basis.

8. Service Availability

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
• In rare cases, bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled due to operational issues.

9. Use of Website

• Users agree not to misuse the website or provide false information.
• Gocabbee is not responsible for technical errors or website downtime.

10. Changes to Terms

• Gocabbee reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
• Continued use of our services means acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Tamil Nadu courts.
