REFUND POLICY – GOCABBEE
At Gocabbee, we strive to provide reliable and transparent taxi services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms related to cancellations and refunds.
1. General Policy
- Gocabbee provides taxi services and does not sell physical products.
- Refunds are applicable only under specific conditions as mentioned below.
- Once a trip has started, no refund will be provided.
2. Cancellation Before Trip
- Customers may cancel the booking before the trip start time.
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of cancellation.
- If cancelled well in advance, eligible refund (if any) will be processed.
3. Cancellation After Driver Assignment
- If the driver has already been assigned or is on the way, cancellation charges may apply.
- Any advance payment made may be partially refunded after deducting applicable charges.
4. No Show Policy
- If the customer is not available at the pickup location at the scheduled time, it will be treated as a “No Show.”
- In such cases, no refund will be provided.
5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be provided in the following cases:
- Booking cancelled within allowed time
- Service not provided due to operational issues
- Duplicate payment made by the customer
6. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Trip already started or completed
- Last-minute cancellations
- Customer delay or failure to board
- Change of travel plans by the customer
7. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
8. Payment Disputes
- Any payment-related disputes must be reported within 24 hours of the trip.
- Gocabbee reserves the right to review and decide on refund requests.
9. Changes to Refund Policy
- Gocabbee reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
